Gustine Baby Carriers undertakes to begin the delivery process within 3 working days following your order. The days below will not be considered business days. Delivery times may then vary depending on your place of residence.

FREE DELIVERY- QUEBEC on orders of $179 and more. CANADA on orders of $249 and more before taxes).

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Returns and refunds are only possible within 10 days of receipt of the product.

To make a return, the product must be in its original condition and must never have been worn or washed. 

The customer must pay postage to return the product to us. When we receive the product, it will be examined to judge the previous criteria and we will then refund the product.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during purchase.

Please note that discounted products are FINAL SALE.

Preschool baby carriers and conversions are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange is only possible within 14 days of receipt of the product.

To proceed with an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, never having been worn or washed. 

The customer must pay postage for returning and shipping the products. When we receive the product, it will be examined to judge the previous criteria and we will then send the new product. 

ERROR IN ORDER

Gustine Baby Carriers undertakes to assume the transport costs for returning an incorrect product and sending the correct product. The return of merchandise will be made provided that the returned item is in its original condition.

Never take the initiative to return a product to us before having first contacted us.
